Alexander Krauss, Management, M.A. Political Science, History and Sociology at the University of Regensburg.
Researcher and lecturer at the Department of Political Science at the University of Regensburg until 1993. Researcher at the Department of Evaluation Research of a major German training provider. From 1998 ISOB Regensburg. Project manger in several national and international action research projects. From 2003 managing director, researcher, project manager. Main fields of interest: enterprise development, organisational development, leadership development, personnel development, small business development, lifelong learning. Application of lifelong learning in different fields (Associations/Interest Groups, Business/Industry, Government/State bodies; Vocational Education; Arranging LLL opportunities, tools and methodologies for LLL: Learning needs assessment tools, personal learning pathway tools), social community development: Action research.Trainined as Business Coach and Supervisor AGS. Main work focus: Quantitative and qualitative methods of evaluation of employment market political, pedagogical and socio-political interventions, organisational development in learning organisations, innovation consulting and process guidance in centres for education, methods of integrated learning and learning in the workplace, development guidance for concepts of corporate social responsibility, supervision and coaching, moderation of both small and large groups, human resource development.

Gerhard Stark, Management,  Studies of Pedagogics, Psychology, Sociology and Political Science. Many years of experience as consultant for SME. Managing director of isob since 2003 Main fields of interest: Evaluation and scientific guidance in the fields of vocational and continuing training, HRD and OD in enterprises, regional networks (learning regions, EQUAL networks) and transnational projects; Studies on training needs and regional qualification needs.

Scope of work: Scientific guidance and evaluation of pilot projects of the BIBB and the Federal and State Commission for Educational Planning and Promotion Research, of network projects (Learning Region, EQUAL) as well as European innovation projects in the field of education (Leonardo); programme evaluation, evaluation studies on market research.
Focal points: Educational marketing, CBT, Quality control of further education, human resource development, organisational development, work-integrated learning forms, place of learning co-operation, corporate social economics, Learning Region, network evaluation, evaluation of employment market political, occupational and socio-political interventions.

Ilse Stark-Köhler, Management, Studies of Sociology, Psychology, Political Science and Economics at the University of Regensburg. Since 1984, she has been active in the field of vocational education and training as a tutor, seminar leader and coordinator.

Birgit Luger, Researcher, Certified Educationalist, Studies of Pedagogics, Psychology, and Sociology at the University of Regensburg. Extra studies on International negotiating skills, also at Uni Regensburg. Until 2007 she worked on a research project for Ms. Dr. Elena Stamouli, promoted by the IKY (Greek State Scholarships foundation). From 2007 until 2012 she was a researcher in the department of pedagogics at the University of Regensburg, for Prof. Dr. Regina Mulder. She also worked as a trainer for qualitative methods and topics on teaching and learning research and as a student counsellor. PhD on the topic of “Informal learning of older people”.

Since 2012 she has been a researcher at SoWiBeFo, mainly for the project DEMOCLUST. Focal points of this project are demographic change, education of older people, learning and working, guidance, human resource development and qualitative and quantitative methods of social research.
