Unser 30-jähriges Institut sucht eine hochmotivierte Person und Intrapreneur:in, die mit unserem internationalen Team die Aus- und Weiterbildungssysteme in Europa verbessert und bessere Chancen für Menschen mit jeglicher sozialer und örtlicher Herkunft schafft. Gemeinsam mit uns arbeitest du an folgenden EU-Projekten im Bereich unternehmerischer Kompetenz und gestaltest so die Bildungslandschaft in der Region Oberpfalz mit:  

• Weibliches Unternehmertum in ländlichen Regionen und soziale Landwirtschaft (SOFAR)
• Promoting women's access to employment and entrepreneurship in agriculture (GAEA)
• Soziales Unternehmertum an Hochschulen zur Zusammenarbeit mit der Zivilgesellschaft (DigiFunCollab)

Folgende Aufgabenstellungen erwarten dich in den Projekten:

• Internationales Projektmanagement, Aufgabenkoordinierung und Beteiligung an Projektmeetings
• Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeit in den Anfangsstudien zum Thema „Entwicklung unternehmerische Fähigkeiten und unternehmerische Didaktik“
• Projektkonzeption, insbesondere die Entwicklung von Handbüchern und multimedialen Lernmaterialien
• Projektpilotierung, insbesondere die Organisation, Durchführung und Evaluation von analogen und digitalen Trainings und Workshops
• Projektevaluation, insbesondere die Gestaltung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Einzel- und Gruppen-Interviews und Fragebögen
• Partner-Netzwerkmanagement und Projektkommunikation auf unserer Webseite (Blogging) und in den sozialen Medien

Here's the profile we're looking for:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes sozialwissenschaftliches Studiums und erste berufliche Erfahrungen
• Reisebereitschaft, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse
• Erfahrungen in der Remote-Arbeit, versierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen und idealerweise WordPress
• Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Entwicklung von multimedialen Lern- und Kommunikationsmedien (z.B. PowerPoint, Videos, Podcasts) sowie Moderation von Bildungsveranstaltungen
• Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der qualitativen und quantitativen Evaluation
• Interesse am wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten und Schreiben von Texten
• Interkulturelle Kompetenz, Eigeninitiative, Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

In unseren Bildungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten lernst du Fachkräfte aus ganz Europa kennen und entdeckst europäische Kulturen abseits des Massentourismus. Wir sind ein kleines, interdisziplinäres Team, das Wert auf flexible Arbeitszeiten legt und deshalb zu 50 % remote arbeitet. Darüber hinaus hat du bei uns die Möglichkeit deine unternehmerischen Kompetenzen weiterzuentwickeln, in dem du dich an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Instituts beteiligst und Teil unseres Kernteam wirst.

The work duration is approximately 24 hours per month with a monthly salary on a 520-euro basis. We offer flexible working hours and development opportunities in the field of scientific work and project management.
